The Great Estate Festival

Our bright-eyed troupe of charming word-sharers are bringing you Cornwall’s wit, wonder and idiosyncrasy, through short stories, poems and folk song. They’ll be entertaining you around the grounds of The Great Estate on Saturday and Sunday and in the mystical world of The Whispering Woods.

Be prepared for a celebration of works by poet Charles Causley, playwright Nick Darke and contemporary writers such as  Annamaria Murphy and Simon Parker.

Discover more about the delights of The Great Estate, the most rambunctious Garden Fête! Expect major international headline acts, a mix of comedy, theatre, music and the arts, all within the beautiful grounds of Scorrier Estate.

Look out for their vintage fairground, woodland silent disco, secret gin garden, The Whispering Woods, burlesque sessions, Madame Wong’s House of Wrong, classical corner, glamping, hot tubs, The Sanctuary and the Swamp Circus and many more.
